Plans	1 month, 6 months and 1 year. Each covers up to 5 devices, with more available one at a time.
Price	1 month $6.99, 6 months $34.99, 1 year $59.99, extra device $1.49 per month. In Japan: 980 yen, 4,900 yen, 8,400 yen, and 200 yen per extra device per month, including tax. The App Store charges the same prices (in other countries, its price for that country).
Other costs	Your own internet and electricity charges.
Payment	Device at home is an Android device: card payment through Stripe, Inc., on the payment screen in the app. Device at home is an iPhone or iPad: an auto-renewing App Store subscription, paid through Apple with the payment method on your Apple ID. The app on a device you carry has no sign-up or payment features.
When you pay	First charged when the free trial ends, then automatically at each renewal.
When the service starts	As soon as you have set up and paired your two devices.
Free trial	Seven days, once per household (per device you leave at home). No charge if you cancel during it. Through the App Store, Apple may also decide (per Apple ID) that no trial applies.
Requirements	Device left at home: Android 9 or later, or an iPhone / iPad (iOS 16 or later); one device that stays powered and online. An iPhone or iPad at home does not run after a restart until its screen is unlocked once. Device you carry: Android 9 or later, or an iPhone / iPad (iOS 16 or later).
Refunds	Because of the nature of the service, we do not refund after purchase. However, we do refund charges made in error on our side, such as a duplicate charge. Cancelling during the free trial costs nothing. Refunds of App Store payments follow Apple’s rules; please ask Apple.
Cancelling	Cancel at any time: through the billing portal on this site if you subscribed through Stripe, or in the App Store’s subscription settings if you subscribed through the App Store. See cancelling. There is no cancellation fee.
