Cancelling

Cancel from wherever you subscribed. There is no cancellation fee.

If you subscribed in the app

1. Open the Google Play app, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
2. Choose homeVPN.
3. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the steps.

If you subscribed on this site

Use the link in your receipt email to open your subscription, then cancel there. If you cannot find it, please get in touch.

What happens after you cancel

• You can keep using homeVPN until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Cancelling during the free trial costs you nothing.
• Part-used periods are not refunded.
• Your pairing, your keys and your device list stay on your phones.
